MVBCA Coaches Poll

Attention MVBCA Member Coaches The number of poll voters for each division will depend upon the number of coaches that volunteer. Those poll voters will then rank the teams 1-5 and send their votes to Kent Drake. A first place vote will give your team 6 votes, second place = 4 votes, third place = 3 votes, fourth place = 2 votes, and fifth place = 1 vote. Kent will then tally the votes and place them accordingly. A formula will not be used like in the past. Hopefully this will make the process easier and less time consuming. As a head coach you will need to get your team record to the poll voters by e-mail, postings on the web site, or by calling your poll voters. Poll voters names and e-mail addresses are on the website. Coaches should send their record to the poll voters or post it by 3:00 PM each Monday, starting on the first Monday in April.. The poll voter will make selection and send it to Kent Drake by 3:00 PM on Tuesday. Finally Kent will tally the votes and send the results to Bill Grafflin so he can post on the web site, and the Dayton Daily News so it can be published later in the week. We will do this for 5 weeks with the first week beginning the first Monday in April. 2011 Poll results |
